A six part series 

Discussing why we make poor decisions and how to train ourselves to think clearly and responsibly.


2nd Wednesday of each month - from 10-11:30

All are welcome - parents can decide if children can absorb these concepts

January 15 - Overcoming Tharn:  Tharn is a word coined by the author of Watership Down - when fear immobilizes.

We will discuss how to know if someone is trying to manipulate by fear tactics and how to stop making decisions based on fear


February 12 - Critical Thinking:  recognizing when decisions are not thought through and how to organize thinking to make the best decision in the situation


March 12 - Cognitive Distortion:  negative, irrational, or exaggerated thought patterns that can lead to an inaccurate perception of reality. How to recognize and not be influenced.


April 9 - Positive Thinking:  How a change in perspective can change your entire life


May 14 - Logic Skills:  How to recognize when something doesn’t make sense and how to develop skills to combat illogic.


June 11 - Erikson’s Stages of Development:  A theory of psychosocial development which shows us how we grow into who we are.
